Diabetes and Pregnancy

Having a baby is a wonderful and exciting time. When you are pregnant and have Diabetes (pre-existing or gestational) additional care and support is essential.  We can support you every step of the way. 

During our initial consultation we will assess your Diabetes levels and develop a plan with you.  We will continue to support throughout your entire pregnancy until you deliver your baby.  We will create a plan together with a combination of face to face, telehealth and telephone contact - tailored to meet you particular needs.
